On a small island off the New England coast during the summer of 1965, 12-year-old lovers Sam Shakusky and Suzy Bishop (Jared Gilman and Kara Hayward) decide to elope into the wilderness together. However, a major hurricane is soon to descend on their island and Suzy’s bickering parents (Bill Murray and Frances McDormand), Sam’s former Khaki Scouts troop, and a depressed cop (Bruce Willis) are hot on their trail.
