Bike, Walk, & Wheel Week is Columbia’s annual celebration of being active. We have a very full and very fun week of biking, walking, and wheeling events ready for you! Local Motion created Bike, Walk, & Wheel Week in partnership with Mayor Darwin Hindman in 2002. Each year the week-long series of events encourages hundreds of people in Columbia to be more active by walking, biking, using a wheelchair, or riding the bus in a fun, social setting.
This year's schedule is:
May 11: Park Ave Resource Fair (10 am - 2 pm)
May 11: Bikesgiving (Noon - 3 pm)
May 12: Family Day Fun Ride (2 - 4 pm)
May 13: Ride United: A Public Transit Event (5 - 7 pm)
May 14: Wheelchair & Bike Wash (4 - 8 pm)
