Featuring recently commissioned New York Philharmonic work Clara by composer Gabriela Ortiz, this concert continues our exploration of the Schumanns with MSO principle pianist Emi Kagawa performing Clara Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A before closing with Symphony No. 3 “Organ Symphony,” a work composed by Schumann enthusiast Saint-Seans.
