The 31st annual Parley P. Pratt Freedom Run is approaching on Friday, July 4th, 2025. Registration is open for both participants and volunteers on the website www.pppfreedomrun.com and is completely free. It's a great family event with both a 1-mile walk/run and a 4-mile run in downtown Columbia. The 4-mile route goes by 28 local symbols of our five First Amendment freedoms and is a great way to start your celebration of the 4th of July.

There is also an art contest for children ages 10 and under and youth ages 11-18 with two $200 prize winners! More information can be found on the website linked above.
