MTIM offers a 600-hour program in massage therapy that exceeds Missouri state requirements and meets National guidelines. Our entry-level curriculum is one of the most clinically-based in the nation. Our graduates consistently score above the state and national averages on the National Certification Exam and enjoy excellent employment opportunities. Our one-year, part-time, evening and weekend schedule has made attendance possible for those in career transition or with family obligations. Since 1994, students have come to us here in The District from all over the Mid-Missouri region.
Many of the massage-related businesses and spas throughought Mid-Missouri are owned/staffed by our graduates, and our two dozen faculty members are among the area's leading allied health care professionals. We have an integrative approach, small class sizes, and are expanding our services and continuing education into clinical massage and research. Our student and professional clinic, the Greenway Massage TEAM, offers a clinical alternative to spa practice and the opportunity for clinical residency.
