On the evening of Friday, December 5 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., participating businesses will be staging live performances of popular holiday scenes in their windows. This annual festival is a celebration of the holiday season and marks the beginning of extended holiday hours for many businesses in The District.

Live window displays are the main feature of the evening´s festivities, but festival goers are invited to enjoy many other activities throughout the evening, including:

  • • A visit from Santa Claus (Stop by the First National Bank to see our visitor from the North Pole—and don´t forget to bring your camera!)
